Mercenaries are recruited through the Den and related quests. The collected evidence supports a flow beginning with Raheir, followed by Varyana, Subo and Aldkin in the shown context. Confirm the current quest journal and Den state before treating an older order as mandatory.

Mercenaries and the Den
The Den is the hub associated with the mercenary system. Use the existing Den Location page for the location question, then return here for recruitment, roster and use decisions.
Recruitment flow
1. Follow the current quest journal until the Den and first mercenary interaction are available. 2. Complete the opening Raheir flow. 3. Use current quest state to reach Varyana, Subo and Aldkin. 4. Confirm the roster or support state in the mercenary interface.
If a mercenary is missing
Check the quest journal, campaign or seasonal context and whether the opening Den sequence was completed. Do not assume a missing roster entry is a random drop or level requirement until the client states it.
Evidence boundary
The video shows the Den quest context and named roster, while current third-party guides provide the system overview. Together they support this overview page, not a guaranteed current timer, power ranking or full reward table.
